Knock down existing wall and build new stud wall

This is a private rental property which the landlord wished to convert into a 6 bedroom HMO. The local council's regulations on minimum room sizes meant the small room (on the opposite side of the wall in this photo) was too small. Therefore the existing wall had to be removed and a new stud wall built 88 cms further over.
After first making sure it was not a supporting wall, I began taking it down.

And down . . .

Until it was all in the skip.

Began building the new stud wall.

Insulated in between and boarded both sides.

Plastered both sides.

And finally painted both sides.
A professional carpet fitter later came to re-lay the carpets, as it's a tricky little job and not something I'm experienced in.
